Nuevo Carnic produces 450 head of cattle per day. We are undergoing expansion right now, which will increase capacity to 600 head per day by July of 2009. We produce approximately 213,000 pounds per day or 3.5 to 4 million pounds per month. This will increase to about 5.5 million pounds per month in July. Each animal is about 355 pounds of beef. In 2008 we  processed 101,000 cattle.
